- Write a "health & fitness diary": Every day, write down a short paragraph (1 or 2 sentences) about one thing you did that was good for your health / fitness. Also write how you feel now!
Example:
Saturday: Today I went for a long walk through the forest. Now I feel relaxed and happy.
Sunday: Normally I eat a chocolate cake on Sunday afternoon, but today I ate an apple and a yogurt. I feel very proud (and hungry...)
