Language learning tips:
Make grammar lists or check the grammar in your
course book.

Call other people from the course – and speak
English!
|
Make “word cards”: the English word on one side, the
German translation on the other.
|
Listen to the recordings from the course book at home
or in the car.
|
Invite friends who speak English. Have a good time
together speaking English.
|
Write letters or e-mails in English to friends in
other countries.
|
Speak English with native speakers.
|
Learn the dialogues from the course book by heart.
|
Write down vocabulary in a vocabulary book and look
through the words every evening.
|
Write all the texts you’ve written in class into a
notebook.
|
Travel to an English-speaking country (or a country
where you have to speak English).
|
Listen to English radio programmes or watch English
TV programmes / films.
|
Make an “English day” (or afternoon) every week. Try
to do everything in English! (Also shopping, etc.)

Read English books. There are special books for
every level (A1, A2, B1, ...).
|
Listen to English music. Find the lyrics on the
internet and try to remember good phrases.
